Primavera P6 Professional Planning & Control

The Primavera P6 Professional Planning & Control Track is a comprehensive project planning, scheduling, resource management, and project control program designed for project managers, planners, schedulers, project control engineers, PMO professionals, and construction managers.

This track combines both Primavera P6 Professional Fundamentals and Primavera P6 Professional Advanced courses to provide participants with complete mastery of project planning, scheduling, resource management, cost control, earned value management, project optimization, reporting, and portfolio management using Oracle Primavera P6 Professional.

Participants will learn how to create project schedules from scratch, build Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), manage resources and costs, perform schedule analysis, baseline projects, monitor progress, perform earned value analysis, optimize schedules, manage multiple projects, and produce executive reports that support informed decision-making. 

By the end of this training track, participants will be able to:
